The Kitchen:

For those who need lifestyle changes including diet management and education we offer a full service kitchen.  The kitchen is specifically used for education.  Primary education in food preparation and recipes, nutritional guidelines, dietary logs, and "what is in the package?" shopping techniques.  It is comfortable and spacious with enough room for two people to move freely this allows for your hands on involvement in the education process.

 The Parlor:

The Parlor is a smaller, but cozy room off the main floor.  The Parlor is used primarily for relaxtion, stress management, stretching release techniques, and occasionally for massage therapy.  The room fashions itself with a warm wall color done in Zinnia Gold with a painted sky themed adjacent wall, not pictured here.  The Parlor is furnished with a classic Queen Anne style love seat with white and gold scrolling wood work and a printed flower pattern for its cushions.  To complete the rooms tranquility the only light is a small table lamp with a soft glow bulb and to compliment we added a small water fountain.  All you need is to breathe...
